As usual an excellent lesson with Sam. As I hadn’t played for a few months I’d slipped into a couple of bad habits. He soon corrected them and I have regained my confidence. Thanks Sam!

Great session with Sam. Identified the issue I went to him with and he gave me simple instructions on how to fix it. Was swinging straighter and better by the end of the session. Highly recommend.

Fantastic "corrective" session with Gary - he hit the spot as far as my swing was concerned and gave immediate solutions - the outcome was excellent and I now have some drills atht need to be carried out to fully benefit from the time
Thank you Gary

I had a series of 6 lessons with Sam as a complete beginner and in those 6 hours he has really helped me get started with the basics. I really appreciated his approach to teaching and the follow up videos after each session, and will definitely be booking more hours in the future to work on my game as I get further into the swing of things.

Had my first ever golf lesson today with Sam who came recommended. As a self taught golfer I was keen to try and iron out (no pun intended!) issues leading to inconsistency of ball striking. Sam quickly picked up on a couple of things on my grip and swing angle which despite feeling a bit weird on initial attempts did noticeably improve the ball flight after practice. Gave me some drills that can be practiced at home to aid memorising the movement. Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and I will no doubt be back again for support in other elements of the game.

As a high handicap golfer I found that I could hit great balls on the range but I struggled to achieve the same level of performance when out on the golf course. So I decided to invest in a 90 minute "on course" lesson with Sam.
The experience was informative and inspiring. It put the game into perspective. Whilst consolidating by existing golf knowledge it opened my eyes to other elements of the game that need to be considered if you want to continue to develop your handicap. And above all - it was fun. Thank you Sam.

I recently started taking golf lessons with Gary as a complete beginner, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the game.
Gary has been incredibly patient throughout — never making me feel rushed or self-conscious despite starting from absolute scratch. He has a real gift for explaining things clearly and adapting his teaching style to where you are, which made every session feel productive and genuinely enjoyable.
I've made far more progress than I expected, and that's entirely down to Gary's approach. If you're thinking about taking up golf — especially if you're starting from zero like I was — I'd recommend him without hesitation.

I had an on-course lesson with Sam to help get back into golf after a 9 month absence post wrist operation. I found Sam's approach extremely helpful in giving me confidence and advice to be able to play without danger of doing any damage to recovering tendons.
Made bunker play simple and effective and gave good advice as to club selection while i rebuild strength

Had an excellent coaching session with Sam at HGC today (24/6/'26) on the putting green ! A bit of analysis of my stroke but then some constructive, practical, simple ideas on how to conduct proper putting practice sessions for me to work on. I particularly like the lack of "you must do this" or " you must try that" ... Sam's approach is more "have you considered trying this ? ... why not try it for a while and see if it works for you". Some things for me to work on which are fun and I particularly like the video summary after the session as a reference to look back at in the weeks to come.
Good fun & good value ... I'll be going back. NCS.

I had a course of lessons with Sam over the winter. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
He is a brilliant coach with huge knowledge of the techniques needed to improve your game, as well as a wealth of data in the swing studio. Most of all, he is an absolutely top guy and I always looked forward to the lessons.
5 Stars all round.

I have really enjoyed having lessons with Sam. As a complete beginner last year, I have had a number of lessons with Sam and these have included all aspects of the game and techinque. They have been invaluable in giving me a good base for getting out playing rounds, getting a handicap and making improvements.
Sam is really personable, and I recommend lessons with him for anyone looking to learn to play golf or improve their game.

I've had lessons with Sam, over the past few years and Sam provides excellent coaching lessons and also provides an invaluable video of the key points to work on. Not only that, but he is always on hand to provide words of encouragement and wisdom, particularly if things haven't gone to plan in a round. I'm gradually becoming a more consistent golfer. Thanks, Sam.

Had a top level lesson with Sam. Working in depth around my wedges and short pitching. He’s got access to loads of data instantaneously after a shot which really helps with working out exactly what needs to be resolved. What I also love about Sam’s lessons are the drills he always leaves you with so you know exactly what to be practicing and working on from one lesson to the next. But more than anything, Sam is a top gent! I look forward to continuing to work with him to get the absolute most out of my game. Highly recommend

Sam is a great golf pro, his approach and work ethic to firstly, breakdown methodically the part of the game you’re working on; which he only gives the information for that aspect of the exercise to help you, rather than overload your brain with 10 instructions at once, I found this beneficial for my technique and understanding, which importantly made me not over think things and actually really helped my game.
I am completely new to golf, apart from a handful of trips to a driving range over the years, I have zero experience.
After my first lesson, I was making good range on a 7 iron club, which he kindly leant to me to practice with in my own time, from the tee and off the mat.
Not only that, his pricing is competitive, he is a lovely bloke who I’m sure will improve my game 10 fold.

I had my first lesson with Sam today (60min indoor). It was nothing but exceptional. Mega friendly bloke, very thourough, educational, step-by-step, individulised, explains everything in full detail. Sam took time to check my club bag over and outlined that a few of my iron heads were loose and needed glueing. Looking forward to the next one and getting course ready 🙂 Cheers Sam!

I recently completed several golf lessons and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of instruction and overall experience. From the very first session, Sam demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the game and tailored each lesson to suit my individual requests, needs and skill level.
My lessons were structured and progressive, ensuring that I built a solid foundation from around the greens to the driving range. Sam was articulate, patient, encouraging, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how basic. His attention to detail helped me correct my club choice, swing, grip and improve my stance, and develop a much better understanding of course strategy.
I benefited from his demonstration, thereafter, reenacted the shots with the use of training aids and analysis/instruction followed by a tutorial video. This made it much easier to recap where I could improve. The feedback was always constructive, and I left every lesson feeling motivated and more confident in my abilities.
Thanks to these lessons, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my game and handicap and I am enjoying golf more than ever. I highly recommend these golf lessons to anyone looking to learn the sport or take their skills to the next level.

Currently having golf lessons with Sam who has helped me instantly by recommending some changes to my grip and take away. The technology he uses is first class and his style of coaching is very professional and encouraging. Lessons are followed up with video reviews and reminders of what was covered which have been extremely helpful. As my friends have said on seeing the videos ‘that is a top golf coach’.

I have had a brilliant experience of learning and streamlining my golf game including club grip, stance and swing path which have massively enhanced my game quickly straightening out my regular slice whilst adding 10-15 yards to the shot length.
Initially I was reticent about having lessons as a 65 year old man who had been playing golf on and off for approaching 50 years but I really wish I had the lessons tutorship and guidance from Sam a long time ago.
Thank You 🙏

After years of futile practicing and reinforcing bad habits I finally realised it was kinder on my self and my wallet to start practicing the smart way. I started fortnightly lessons with Sam who was highly recommended to me.
Sam has been brilliant in analysing my swing faults and in creating new swing patterns to correct them. He does this through easy to understand structured lessons using simple props and movement patterns that I know will start to bear fruit with additional ‘smart’ practice on the range to reinforce good habits.
Overall, Sam is a very professional and relaxed coach who doesn’t over complicate his teaching and is passionate about making you a better golfer. If you are looking to start developing good swing habits over winter, then I’d look no further than Sam. I just wish I’d done it way sooner.

Sam is a top class golf coach. I’m working with Sam after a 10 year break from playing and trying to get to single figures. Sam has a friendly and relaxed approach to teaching but also has an in depth understanding of the game though he communicates is an easy to understand way. He blends the naked eye assessment with Trackman to provide data on areas of focus. He also utilises drills for effective practice. I really like that he follows up each lesson with a WhatsApp video so you have a record of what exactly to work on in practice. I’d recommend Sam to anyone who wants to take their game to the next level.

I had never had a lesson before meeting Sam.
He makes you feel at ease and amd comfortable. The lessons are really informative, lots of justification as to why we are trying to make the improvements; as well as the data behind the current swing/face impact/grip vs what the outcome could be with the changes.
I'm excited for more lessons and hopefully to start seeing the scores drop!
Thanks for your help Sam!

Played a bit of golf as a kid, but never took it too seriously, so when i decided to start playing regularly, golf lessons were a must. After a few conversations with friends, Sams name kept cropping up as being a great tutor. I decided to go with Sam and its been one of the best decisions I've made so far when it comes to my golfing ability. Working with Sam has taken my handicap from 26.9 to 15.6 in the space of 3 months. I like how you dont just sit in a simulator room every session - we go out to the chipping green, range and out onto the course to practice game management etc. I recommend him to anyone who asks. I’ve also booked back in a 4 hour block which i am taking a lesson every few week to continue development. Sam is also a really great person to get along with which makes it much more enjoyable.

I purchased a improvement package from Sam at the beginning of the season as like a lot of higher handicap golfers, I kept making the Same mistakes season after season - Sam spent time talking to me about my game and ambitions, then gave me some simple and practical tips to work on, we've had 3 or 4 sessions and each time I've gone away with a clear understanding of what to do to improve, nothing is rushed, he is very positive and encouraging.
Sam follows up with a short video summarising the lesson, he has a clear approach to the improvements I need to make and it's working!
I would 100% recommend giving Sam a call if you're struggling with your game or want to reduce or maintain your handicap

Sam is extremely knowledgeable about the golf swing and has made a big difference to my long game so far in our lessons!
He is able to tailor and adapt "feels" to help you execute the move he is trying to teach. He took the time to understand how I learn and gave the level of detail that was helpful for me specifically.
Another huge thing for me is he is constantly learning. He is continuing to learn about the golf swing and what is the current best practice. I have found some coaches are stuck in a very specific swing era and this can mean you are taught methods that no longer have much value. Sam was able to talk about swing theory that is very current and therefore you know you are getting the best instruction.

During Sam's lesson I didn't do it once, yet he was still able to ideñtify the fault and gave me simple drills to enable me to correct it.
